By constantly striving to offer new and user-oriented products, we aim to optimally support our customers in their daily work. Our product range includes rigid and flexible endoscopes, videoscopes, light sources, cameras, and documentation units. Our longstanding experience helps us to understand customer needs and offer high quality products.
Our videoscopes, which ensure excellent image reproduction by means of high resolution CCD/CMOS image sensors, are perfectly suited for industrial use thanks to protective tungsten braiding. With diameters of 3.9 mm to 8 mm and variable lengths of 1 m to 7.5 m, NDTec offers you a broad product range to cover a wide variety of applications. Our VTec series features portable videoscopes with a compact, lightweight design that are also available for UV inspection and in infrared versions.
Rigid endoscopes are particularly robust and are designed for heavy-duty industrial use. With the rod lens system, these reliably deliver clear, sharp, and bright images and impress with maximum image sharpness right into the margins combined with the best possible field of view. Rigid endoscopes essentially consist of an optical system, mechanics, and a light guide system. The metal sheath and the special glass endpiece at the tip make the endoscope extremely resistant to damage and wear and ensure optimal protection of the optical part
In flexible endoscopes (also known as fiberscopes or optical fiber endoscopes), the image transmission system consists of an optical fiber bundle. This fiber bundle transmits the image to the eyepiece and is very easy to bend during operation thanks to the flexible outer sheath. Fiberscopes facilitate access to sharply angled objects or pipes and are very robust despite their flexibility. With an outer layer of plastic or tungsten braiding, our fiberscopes have a diameter of 2.5 mm and 3.8 mm and offer an extremely large field of view thanks to two-way deflection.
The Large Diameter Systems from NDTec are suitable for applications where extended lengths as well as the mobility and robustness of the camera head play an important role. Our camera systems deliver high resolution images for damage analysis in pipes or for the inspection of downpipes and ventilation pipes. The ability to easily navigate bends and the protected and scratch-resistant telescope facilitate your inspection at lengths of up to 30 meters. Tungsten braiding offers optimal protection, and your inspection results in the form of images and videos can be saved immediately.
Our cameras and documentation systems deliver excellent image quality, and we ensure "plug & play" compatibility of the individual components to guarantee the optimal quality of the overall system. You can take advantage of different documentation options to suit your needs and save your inspection results in the form of photos or videos.
Cameras from NDTec feature excellent image properties, functional control elements, and an ergonomic shape that ensures fatigue-free working. The universal coupling can be connected to all conventional endoscope eyepieces, and the durable camera types are perfectly suited for industrial use.
Documenting the inspection results is essential in many areas of industrial endoscopy. To be able to accommodate individual customer needs, NDTec offers various options. These include transmission via the camera control unit to a monitor or visualization and documentation by means of a compact "all in one" unit. USB sticks and SD cards can be used for storage. Connection via TV card or to a laptop are further available options.
Homogeneous illumination of the cavities to be inspected is a crucial factor for image quality. Highly reflective or light-absorbing surfaces require customized light intensity. Depending on the area of application and the type of endoscope used, different light sources are available. The NDTec portfolio includes battery-operated LED light sources ranging from 5 W through to stationary cold light projectors with 300 W. The powerful, high-quality light sources are among the decisive factors that ensure reliable inspection and diagnosis as well as informative endoscopic images.
GelSight’s 3D tactile sensing technology provides extremely detailed and rapid surface characterization, enabling several surface measurement applications and robotic sensing capabilities.
Its precise, repeatable, in-situ measurement capability eliminates false failures and saves significant money and man-hours per year in unnecessary scrap, re-work, down-time, and/or poor yields.
