Better illumination - precise diagnoses
Homogeneous illumination of the cavities to be inspected is a decisive factor for image quality. Individual light intensities are required for highly reflective or absorbent surfaces. Different light sources are required depending on the area of application and the type of endoscope. The NDTec portfolio includes battery-operated LED light sources from 5 watts to stationary cold light projectors with 300 watts. Our powerful, high-quality light sources are therefore one of the decisive factors for reliable inspection and diagnosis as well as for conclusive endoscopic images.
Hand-held light source
LQ LED 10
The compact 10 watt LED hand-held light source with replaceable lithium battery has an illuminance of 200,000 lux.

Hand-held light source
LQ LED 10i
The powerful 10 watt light source can easily be screwed onto the rigid endoscopes. It is four-way adjustable and with a maximum illuminance of 120,000 lux, even larger objects can be well illuminated. It can easily be charged inductively via the USB docking station and achieves an operating time of up to four hours. A special feature is its low weight of just 51 g. This makes it particularly light compared to other light sources and enables comfortable work.
Outstanding light output with the latest LED technology
The stationary LED light source is extremely bright at 900,000 lux and therefore beats many conventional light sources with expensive bulbs. Its colour temperature of 5,500 Kelvin corresponds to the daylight spectrum and enables true-to-life colour rendering. Power is supplied via a separate unit.

The recording of inspection results is indispensable in many areas of industrial endoscopy. Our camera systems and accessories are compatible with each other and work with ‘Plug & Play’ for easy handling.
NDTec offers various options for visualisation and documentation that are tailored to your needs. You can transfer data to a monitor via a camera control unit or use a compact ‘all-in-one’ unit that allows you to save the inspection results directly to your connected device such as a notebook, PC or tablet.
HD camera with 3.5" display
With the VCam HD mobile, you can expand your inspection options with rigid endoscopes in no time at all:
Simply attach the camera to your endoscope, see your results on the 3.5˝ LCD display and document them as images and videos. The flexible VCam HD mobile is compatible with many rigid endoscopes from well-known manufacturers. It is intuitively easy to operate and enables an optimum view of the screen even in narrow, angled areas. The monitor can be swivelled through 120°.
The flexible USB HD camera
The modern and versatile VCam HD camera system is ideal for connecting all standard rigid optical endoscopes. The small dimensions and a weight of around only 200 grams in combination with the ergonomic design and intuitive operating elements make it easy and comfortable to work with. The VCam HD can be controlled directly on the camera head using the plug & play function and allows the user to quickly perform zoom-in/zoom-out and automatic or manual white balance. It delivers first-class image and video quality thanks to modern HD technology and an integrated, powerful LED light source.
The complete system
The VCam HD Plus documentation system is always the best choice if you want to carry out inspections in a harsh industrial environment where it makes sense not to connect a PC due to dust and dirt. With the VCam HD Plus, you can view your results directly on the 3.5˝ industrial monitor connected to the camera. Additional output devices can be connected via an HDMI connection. The documentation system consists of the VCam HD plus camera, monitor, connection cable, interchangeable LED light source, mains cable and a practical case for storage.

Our compact and versatile camera documentation system VCam HD System has a high-resolution 17.3˝ monitor. The integrated powerful LED light source with 2,000,000 lux light output ensures optimum illumination even in difficult lighting conditions. The camera is connected directly to the system. The system has an on-screen menu and the practical transport and storage case is included in delivery.
