We mourn the loss of our Managing Director Thomas (Thommy) Weinberger

who passed away unexpectedly and far too early on May 11, 2025 at the age of 59. 

Visual endoscopy was his home and his passion. After the endoscopy company Everest VIT, which he built up into a market-defining company, he worked for several years in management positions in international corporations in the NDT sector until he returned to his roots in 2017 and founded NDTec (together with his wife Alexandra Weinberger and his business partner Rainer Zibuschka). Endoscopy remained his focus, for which he worked with vision and innovation - and with heart and soul.

Thomas Weinberger was a charismatic and authentic entrepreneur who was well-known in the NDT market and far beyond. With his humorous and open manner, he opened all doors and was highly valued and popular with customers, partners and employees. He was a wonderful and special person who always had an open ear for his fellow human beings and found the right words. 

We will miss him very much.
