    Your responsibilities:


    For our location in Bamberg, we are looking for a Mechatronics Technician / Service Technician / Electrical Engineer for industrial endoscopes, full-time, to start as soon as possible, with a focus on: testing, classification, and repair of mechanical, optical, and electrical defects in endoscopes. In this diverse role, you will play a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction and thereby make a decisive contribution to both revenue growth and business continuity.

    • Testing, classification, and repair of mechanical, optical, and electrical defects in endoscopes

    • Inspection, release, and compliance assurance of products

    • Testing device functions and operating software

    • Collaboration with the NDTec team

    • Direct communication with customers

    Comprehensive onboarding and regular training are a matter of course for us, and you can always rely on our many years of knowledge and experience. This is also possible if you have not yet had experience in non-destructive testing.

    Your profile:

    • Education: Completed training as a Mechatronics Technician / Electrical Engineer or a comparable qualification

    • Experience:

      • Basic knowledge of cameras, optics, image processing, PWM drives, electronics

      • Programming skills (basic knowledge) desired in C++ (Qt5), C# (Visual Studio), OpenCV, GStreamer

      • Basic Linux knowledge (desired)

      • Basic understanding of electrical interfaces (USB, I2C, SPI, TTL), microcontrollers (STM32, Atmel), and microprocessors (ARM)

    • Industry knowledge: Ideally, experience in endoscopy and/or non-destructive testing. We are open to training the right candidate.

    • Social skills: You are curious, communicative, honest, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial. You have high self-motivation to work on tasks independently.

    • Language skills: Very good knowledge of German (minimum level C1) and English. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
