Precise Visual Inspections
Industrial Endoscopes
Industrial endoscopes enable non-destructive visual inspection of hard-to-reach areas inside components, machines and systems. NDTec offers video endoscopes and rigid endoscopes for a wide range of inspection tasks – from weld inspection to the inspection of turbines, engines, gearboxes and pipelines.

What is an industrial endoscope?
An industrial endoscope is an optical inspection device used to examine areas inside machines, systems and components that are difficult or impossible to access visually.
A flexible or rigid probe is used to insert a camera or optical system into cavities, boreholes, pipelines or other hard-to-reach areas. The live image is displayed on the device's screen and can be documented as a photo or video.

Applications for industrial endoscopes
Industrial endoscopes are used wherever visual inspection is required without dismantling the component or system.
Typical applications include weld inspection, pipeline inspection, turbine inspection, as well as the inspection of engines, gearboxes and machine components. This makes it possible to detect damage, wear, contamination and manufacturing defects without the need for extensive disassembly.
A Wide Range of Products
Which industrial endoscope is right for you?
The right industrial endoscope for a particular application depends primarily on the inspection task. Important factors include the probe diameter and length, probe articulation, image quality and illumination, as well as the optics used.
For simple visual inspections, compact industrial endoscopes may be sufficient. For difficult-to-access areas or demanding inspection tasks, systems with particularly thin and long probes, an articulating probe tip or additional measurement functions can provide significant advantages.
From the R top-of-the-range model to the G entry-level model, NDTec offers the right industrial endoscope for every application, along with a wide range of rigid endoscopes. All models are robust and specifically designed for industrial use.
Industrial endoscopes for different industries
Industrial endoscopes are used in numerous industries where components, machines and systems need to be inspected internally or in hard-to-reach areas. These include mechanical and plant engineering, the automotive industry, energy technology, aerospace, medical technology, as well as manufacturing and maintenance.
Industrial endoscopes can be used to detect cracks, corrosion, wear, contamination, foreign objects and manufacturing defects. Inspections can be carried out directly on the component and, in many cases, without extensive dismantling. This saves time and reduces downtime.
